  1. import from outlook in contacts template

    Why there is no tab for importing data from outlook database or calendar database for contacts ?
    I think template can be modified or enhanced with this functionality.

  3. Modern Chart still needs work (dates, stacked bars fix, add Reverse Order)

    You probably should have a category, just for Access Charts, but anyway....
    Using Dates in the chart comes up as numbers, and as such, the graph always shows up with lines starting from 0 instead of the minimum date. I know we have a minimum property, but Excel understands dates and it would be nice if Access could do the same.
    Stacked bars swaps the x and y, so when I want to assign a field to the X line, I have to add the field into the Y list, and visa-versa. This is somewhat frustrating.

  4. Problem "Error 3040 Query is corrupt"

    Problem "Error 3040 Query is corrupt" request for fix earlier than December 10. This bug causes a lot of problems for my customers!

    This problem should not be underestimated and is huge.

    For updates, this is fixed for almost all channels now (a fix has been available for most users since 11/18).

  5. Add Picture Caption Arrangement property, similar to Command Buttons to Option Group Toggle Buttons

    Rather than having a row of buttons and adding an OnClick routine to them all, I just use an Option Group of Toggle Buttons with one OnClick event. I would love to have an image with my caption to make my forms look friendlier.

  13. Allow custom sort order for modern charts

    Either provide a new property for sort order in a modern chart or allow the transformed row source to be manually edited. Dates shown as month and year are particularly annoying as it treats them as text and the sort order is alphabetical instead of chronological.

  14. Allow formatting of record selector

    Most of the user interface can be customized to achieve a modern look and feel. The record selector has no real formatting options.
    For instance it the user uses a black windows theme the record selectors really do not fit in with the way I have designed the application.

    It would be nice if we could
    A) Control the color of the record selector (Normal Background, Selected Backgound)
    B) Icons: Let us designate our own icons for Arrow, Asterisk, Edit,Locked mode.

  15. Data Macro/T-SQL Conversion

    I find creating event-driven and standalone Data Macros much more convenient than coding Triggers or Stored Procedures in T-SQL (even though they only support a subset of the T-SQL Possibilities). It would be great if they would be converted with SSMA or even better could be created directly on a Linked SQL-Server Table. I think Data Macro/T-SQL Conversion does already exist in AWA so maybe this wouldn’t be so costly to implement.

  16. Add data tables to modern charts in MS Access

    In classic charts and/or Excel you can show the data table for the related chart underneath. Need to add that functionality to the new Modern Charts in Access. I have some classic charts that do this already but the development time using that outdated Active X control is frustrating.

  17. allow a form field to be searchable on a popup form.

    Allow a form field to be searchable in a pop up form, instead of graying out the Find section. It doesn't just gray out the View button. I wanted my form to be pop up and searchable, but no-go.

  18. Allow developers of ACCESS databases to disable or hide the "Tell me what you want to do" tab. This gives users too much power.

    Allow developers or Admin for ACCESS databases the option to Hide or Disable the "Tell me what you want to do" tab. This tab allows users way too much access to things they shouldn't have access to. For example, a curious user could just type the word DESIGN, select query design and it takes them into query design. I don't want my users to have ANY database manager access!
