Create a connector for SharePoint
Hi,
In the menu External Data > New Data Source, there is no way to connect to an Excel file stored in a SharePoint folder.
That's a problem because more and more companies use SharePoint and all the Excel in the SharePoint are "invisible" for Access

Add an additional GetOption/SetOption option to set the Startup Form
Sometimes we want to programmatically set the startup form and that is currently not possible.
Please add GetOption("Display Form") and SetOption("Display form").
I would use this feature in my "To Convention" code that fixes up bad naming convention.1 vote -

DatePicker should honour the textbox format property when set to a custom format
For MS Access textboxes on Forms that handle dates you can set the textbox to allow the user to optionally use a built-in DatePicker. However the DatePicker returns the date in a format set by the Windows system (e.g. as Set by Control Panel > Region > |Formats| > [Additional Settings ...] > |Date| > Short Date:)
If you use a unorthodox windows system date format, e.g. "yyyy-/MM-MMM/-dd, ddd" returning "2021/-05-May/-18, Wed" then this can be undesirably returned by the DatePicker.
Instead the DatePicker should return a date that honors any custom format set by in Format property of the…

Provide a way to connect access contact form to skype
I used to be able to click on a number on an access Form textbox and it would automatically open skype and phone the number. Can we have that ability back again. You have produced a very nice contact form template, but it does not have that function which seems surprising.

Make the predefined templates more flexible for users
I currently cannot add a column to a predefined template in Access. This makes the template unusable to me, and I only need to add one more column.
There is no "Click to add" option available. Be great if there was!
It would also be useful if it states in the online Help that this is the case; predefined templates cannot be edited. I spent a long time trying to solve this but it was only through online chat support where I eventually found out that adding a column was not possible.

form Design Tools Control formatting for labels, textfields, combobox, listbox, background
If we want applications made with Ms access to look more modern and more Webdesign applications competitive, we need more designing tools for forms. A plugIn like now date and time, should be expanded with more standard plugins like calendar, clock, Agenda ( ms outlook), Tasks(ms Teams).
The control formatting should be made for all the controls and not just only for buttons.
Modular movable record fields in continuous forms
