Add a new operator to Group By queries
Let's call it something like "Concat". It would concatenate values in a field instead of summing them.
Take this query:
SELECT Product, Concat(Color) FROM ProductColors GROUP BY Product. The result might be something like this:
Flag Red, White, Blue
Tractor Green, Red

While this functionality can be reproduced by a User Defined Function of which there are many samples out there, it would be nice to have this integrated into the the Group BY query.

Actually, my intent all along was to use this for related tables to give us the same result you see with multivalue fields (but which are not always the best choice and are often difficult to use).
I imagine Mark's intention is to make reporting from multi-value fields better as currently, we have no way to copy the comma delimited list of values in code when it is clearly already being done.
Additionally, it would be nice to have this for related tables as well so we don't have to write our own loop and combine procedures.
