Multiselect-Combobox usable with SQL-Server-tables
The multi-select-comboboxes are great, but only usable with native Access tables. Because I'm working with SQL-Server as backend, I have no use of that.
Please make it possible to store the data within a normal text-field (e. g. as csv or XML). So it would be also possible to use it within tables of SQL-Server or other backends.
Mark, why should it be necessary to give the normal user Admin rights to enable this? It only necessary to enable the mulit-select-combobox with linked tables (e. g. from SQL-Server) and to store the selected data as csv in a varchar(MAX) or as XML in a XML-field. The referential integrity could be realized by a Trigger.

The ONLY way this could be done, given the current behind-the-scenes way that multiselect fields are implemented is if the Access USER had ADMIN RIGHTS and SCHEMA CHANGE rights to the *PRODUCTION* SQL Server database (at least at the point in time when a multiselect field were to be added to the database).
NO SQL Server DBA in their right minds would EVER allow such to be the case for a PRODUCTION database as it would generally be considered suicidal!
