Add /decompile to "Repair database"
Til now you can run Access with /decompile. Add this option to "Database compact and repair".

"Compact and Repair" is a good technique for repair MS Access database, but it works only with small corruption issues. To resolve major issues related to MS Access Database, I would like to refer a third party software, Kernel for Access repair. It is easy to use (comparison to manual process) and secure. Probably not going to happen because Decompile (exposed by the late, great Michael Kaplan circa 1995-1995) was never intended to be used by developers. Fortunately, Michael brought this to the forefront - resulting in the saving of 1000s of dbs, which otherwise would have remained toast.
It would be cool if this was an option like C&R however.
