Replace VBA with VBA.net.
Replace VBA with VBA.net. You exist because of your customer. Develop solutions to your customers' needs, not your agenda. CUSTOMERS' NEEDS = VBA.NET! I don't understand why your company does not grasp this necessity. Good grief!!

This seems like a no-brainer. VBA is missing so many powerful programming constructs that it makes modern programmers create workarounds to use today's best practices. This doesn't mean we want .NET. This means we want to program directly for Windows 10.
Without this, we'll never move people off of XP, Vista, Win7, etc...
