Bug Report -- Application Crashing after update

We had this problem back in August with MSAccess 64 bit on Office 365 crashing after a windows update. Once again, the same issue: Access is crashing multiple times per day because of bugs introduced by Microsoft during the update process.

It is not the windows update, so we're assuming the Microsoft bug is in version 1812 Build 11126.20196 which was also just released. Please fix. You are KILLING US with these buggy updates.

We are undoing windows update KB4480966 from 1/8/2019. Is this the source of the Microsoft bug?
