The Hyperlink column data type uses embedded pound signs (#) to separate portions of the definition of a hyperlink. That's just great until the (all too common) moment when some portion of the hyperlink definition includes a pound sign. Access Hyperlink datatype should allow some escape character preceding a # to cause the # to be treated as any other character rather than as separating a part of the hyperlink definition.
