With Build 9126, can no longer right-click on the title bar of open objects -- unless the database is set to "Tabbed Documents" in the Document Window Option. If it's set on "Overlapping Windows", then the right-click only works when on the object in the Navigation Pane.
So if I design a Query and then view the Results of it, I have to Save the Query so I can access its Design View again.3 votes
This should already have been fixed.
Try to restart Access and the problem should be gone.

The Help system is actually a shared piece of engineering owned by a different team and surfaced within all of the Office applications. As such, this isn’t really an action item that the Access development team can take in isolation of the existing Office system.
