    Outlook integration should be tighter so that we can easily show an "Inbox" and then create messages. Also contacts and task mgt are also important to work with so that we do not need to create parallel systems to manage. Can there not be a unique record identifier property in Outlook datastore so that Access or Sql server and populate and use to link to related data in other systems. Outlook tasks/emails need a Project identifier to link tasks to.
